Citroen U23 Light Truck- Made 1937.
Description
This is our fully restored 1937 Citroen U23 Light Truck. It was manufactured in March of 1937. Like many pre-war trucks, our vehicle has been pressed into service with the German Army after capture in 1940.
After the fall of France, the german army placed an order with Citroen to produce 6,000 U23 light trucks which would help reduce the shortfall in supplies and numbers of transport vehicles that could be made by the Germans themselves.
Our U23 truck has been resprayed in the German Field Grey colour and has had the German NOTEK light system fitted.
This truck is in full working order and is road registered in the UK.
