History in the Making Ltd and our other trading enterprises have been drastically effected by the Corona Virus pandemic which has had a truly global effect far beyond anything that could possibly have been predicted. Due to the current situation regarding Covid 19 and the impact on our industry, we at History in the Making Ltd are taking all possible precautions to safeguard all of our staff, freelance associates and clients alike.
Whilst we are still open for business and happy to supply goods for short or long term hire, the recent devastating statistics relating to the pandemic infection and death rates have forced us to close our studio and rehearsal space for the immediate foreseeable future.
We have taken all available advice and follow all guidelines on best practice for the hire of costumes and props. We have a strict cleaning and disinfecting regime in place and we also have a 3 day quarantine period prior to dispatching and also on the return of all assets to our studios.
Our designated courier firm have also been meticulous in their action plans and have continued to provide their services to us. However, due to the sheer volume of goods, the extra time required for collections and deliveries and also staffing issues at distribution hubs, they can not offer overnight or any form of guaranteed delivery time. We therefore must advise all clients that they must allow extra days for delivery.
Due to the quarantine period for returned goods all clients must be advised that any returns will not be handled or administered until the goods have cleared a minimum of 4 working days after return.
