Greek Leaf Tip Spear.
Description
This is a Leaf Tip Spear. Its design origin goes back to Ancient Greece. The tip is long and broad, designed for slashing as well as stabbing.
The spear is set on a long 2m shaft. Intended to be a thrusting fighting weapon as opposed to just a throwing weapon.
The heads of these spears are cast in aluminium and set onto a hardwood shaft.
