Description

The Pak 3.7 is a German anti-tank gun, commonly known as the Pak 36 which is a 3.7cm caliber weapon used by the German Army during the early years of World War two. While it was effective against tanks at the war’s beginning, its effectiveness decreased as more heavily armored tanks like the Soviet T-34 were introduced, eventually rendering it obsolete against them. Its light weight made it useful for infantry and airborne units, and it continued to be used in secondary roles throughout the war. This gun was also mounted onto Half Tracks to increase the effectiveness of the vehicle.
